Desde el 22 de marzo, «Onyx, los Reyes del Grial» se puede ver en salas de toda España. Un estreno que ha causado expectación con críticas favorables (y otras que no lo son tanto) que da prueba del excelente trabajo realizado por el equipo de la película.
On March 1, “Onyx, Kings of the Grail” will be screened at the 32nd SECIME Film Festival in Medina del Campo. The screening will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the Simón Ruiz Hall at the Museo de las Ferias. This is a wonderful opportunity to see the film before its upcoming release in theaters.
And following the good news about the documentary *Onyx*, I’ve just received another piece of news that, personally, makes me very happy: *Los Reyes del Grial* is now in its sixth edition. For a history book to reach that milestone is difficult—very difficult. I can only thank everyone who has bought it, read it, or even criticized it. It all adds up.

In addition to members of the production company Sevenfor, the premiere was attended by Spanish actors César Sánchez (La voz dormida), Rafa Rojas (Un burka por amor, Los gigantes no existen), Íñigo Galiano (Spaniards in London), and Ricard Sales (Dioses y Perros, Seis Hermanas, Gran Reserva), as well as members of the technical crew.
After the screening, I had the opportunity to answer several questions from the audience, who turned out in impressive numbers despite the late hour and the inclement weather.
This has led me to reflect on a number of things. Seeing the expressions on so many people’s faces at the end of the screening makes all the hours of work, the doubts, and the fierce criticism you’ve received seem worthwhile. The people who come up to you just to say thank you—as happened at the preview screening in León—truly appreciate what you’ve done. As for the rest, you have to take it with a grain of salt.
On October 22 at 10:00 p.m., at the Broadway theaters as part of the Valladolid International Film Festival (Seminci), theofficial premiere of “Onyx, Kings of the Grail” will take place. The film is based on the book co-authored by Margarita Torres and myself.
The film was directed by Roberto Girault and features a cast including Jim Caviezel (The Escape Plan, The Passion of the Christ), Maria de Medeiros (Pulp Fiction), and Anthony Howell (The Lady in Gold).
